This year’s reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film franchise had many fans saying, “Cowabunga!” No really; the film made $477.2 million at the box office, and supposedly has three sequels coming at some point.
If you missed out on seeing this latest incarnation of our heroes in a half shell, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was just released on Digital HD right before Thanksgiving. The Blu-ray and DVD will soon follow, on December 16, 2014.
You could buy a copy of the movie or get one for free in our GeekMom giveaway. Booyakasha!
We’re giving away the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Holiday Viewing Kit—three of them, actually. This includes a digital code for the film (so you can download a copy), four Turtle masks, two bags of popcorn, a TMNT pizza box, four TMNT dog tags, and the book Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Ultimate Visual History. (To find out more on the book, check out GeekMom Dak’s review and adventures with the book from this summer.)
To win one of our three prizes, just log into the Rafflecopter widget below with your Facebook account or email address (use a valid email, so we can let you know if you win). Then, go to the comments section below and answer the question: Who is your favorite Ninja Turtle? (This counts as one entry.) You can then like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for up to two additional entries. If you already like/follow us, it will still enter you in the giveaway. The three winners will be chosen at random at the end of the contest (Friday, December 12, 2014, at 11:59 p.m.) and their names will be posted right in the Rafflecopter widget, so you can check back to see who won.
Good luck!
Giveaway is open to U.S. addresses only and prizes are courtesy of Paramount Pictures.
Leonardo, of course!
My favorite Ninja turtle is Michaelangelo because he is a party dude.
Michelangelo!
Leonardo. He’s not the straight laced one, the Type A one. Or not only. He’s the one who wishes they were teenaged, mutant, SAMURAI turtles. Understandable. I think there is a melancholy there that gets overlooked; something he shares with Don.
My favorite was always Raphael, from the 80s cartoon. I enjoyed his attitude.
