As part of the dual anniversary of Dungeons and Dragons—50 years for the game, and 10 years for the 5th edition—Wizards of the Coast has been teasing the release of revised editions of the core rulebooks for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. Playtesting has been underway for months, and feedback has improved the efforts of the designers to make the rules more fun, easier to understand, and easier to balance. But up to now, they’ve been very hesitant to set a release date. Thankfully, that changed today.
As part of the 50th anniversary press release this morning, the release dates for all three manuals are listed. They will be released in September 2024, November 2024, and February 2025. - Vecna: Eve of Ruin
