The 30-Minute News and Social Media Challenge

Reading Time: 5 minutesAdmit it, most of us fall into this same trap. You pull out your smart phone or tablet or sit down for a few minutes in front of your computer to check the news or social media and you suddenly look up and several hours have disappeared. I wish I could tell you that we have all been the victim of some kind of temporal disturbance, but in reality we are the victims of our own bad habits. A few weeks ago I decided do something about this particular bad habit of mine and my efforts have really paid off. So I thought I would share what I have done in the hope that it can help other chronic news overload sufferers.
