10 Billion Downloads Means 10 Apps For 10 Cents

The cupcake version of Android was a few years ago, but I think we can bust him out for a celebration.

Android hit a big milestone this week: 10 billion downloads, with a growth rate of one billion app downloads per month. To celebrate, users get the gifts. Each day for ten days, they’ll have ten apps for only ten cents each.  Right now you can still grab the first batch, but I’d expect the new ones to go up soon. The first set is Asphalt 6 HD, Color & Draw for Kids, Endomondo Sports Tracker Pro, Fieldrunners HD, Great Little War Game, Minecraft, Paper Camera, Sketchbook Mobile, Soundhound Infinity and Swiftkey X. Can’t wait to see the next 90 choices!
