While the baby carriage pictured above is for show only (bummer, eh?) Estonian artist Mati Karmin’s armchairs, aquariums, barbecues, and swings are functional pieces of art. Using circa 1942 naval mines abandoned by the Soviet army in the 1990s, Karmin crafts steampunk style pieces that will transform a room. Even, say, the bathroom. His fully operational toilet adds a little steampunk thrill to even the most mundane of tasks.
