Humanoids’ BIG imprint features comics for all ages as well as graphic novels for young adults, and tomorrow (February 5) they’ll be publishing Bigby Bear, a cartoon book by Philippe Coudray with a lot of clever visual gags. We’ve got an exclusive preview below, showing five pages from the book so that you can get a taste of the humor.
I’ve actually seen Bigby before, though with a different name: Benjamin Bear. We had two older books under that name that my kids and I really enjoyed, so I was excited to see this new volume. I’ve gotten to browse through a digital copy of this book and it’s a lot of fun. The jokes in the comics play around with physics, the comics medium, wordplay, and more.
Fill out the form following the preview for a chance to win a copy! Humanoids is providing 5 copies for lucky GeekDad winners. The deadline for entering is 10pm Eastern on Sunday, February 10, 2019, and we’ll draw 5 names at random from eligible entries. (Contest is open to US and Canada only.)
