For my “stay-at-home-con” I decided to do a casual cosplay as Groot. Allposters.com had everything I need at a reasonable price. When I was growing up, AllPosters was only known selling items to decorate my wall. They’ve since grown up to include all sorts of fandom merchandise.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – Groot Big Face Backpack ($54.99) No outfit is complete without a bag to hold your geeky needs. Surprisingly this one fits my 15-inch Mac book pro with a sleeve on it, iPad, back up drives, wallet, my current reading material (Pride and Prejudice just in case you’re wondering) and a few other things quite comfortably.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – Groot Big Face Backpack ($19.99) is just right for someone who doesn’t have a lot to carry and wants Groot’s adorable face looking up at them every time they go to buy more comic books.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – Groot Crew Socks ($9.09). Seriously. Do I need to explain the awesomeness of these?
Juniors Tank Top: Guardians Of The Galaxy– Awesome Mix Tape ($24.99) Pair this with a pair of jeans and run out the door with your mix tape and headphones. I might even throw a bright colored shirt under it to make it really pop out.
