The Looney Tunes Show Season 2

The Looney Tunes Show season 2 premiered last night and since I haven’t seen Bugs and Daffy on T.V since Tiny Toon Adventures was on in the 90’s, I was interested to see how they have changed since then. Right off the back I noticed their physical appearance had changed a little and their backgrounds had changed a lot.

In this series, all the characters live together in a town similar to Tiny Toon Adventures.

The jokes and humor are still what they were when I was growing up, but with a fresh feel to them. Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig ruled this episode with special appearances by some old favorites, including the evil witch and the monster. The stories had lessons built into them, but thankfully they weren’t so in your face that you felt like you were being lectured.

I enjoyed the separate story lines between Bugs and Daffy and how they meshed together in the end. Both characters seemed to learn their lessons at the same time and it was a happy ending all around.

As the season progresses, I hope we get to see more of my old favorites as well as maybe get introduced some new ones.
