Xvivo Brings Science to Life

Family GeekMom

Xvivo,  a scientific animation company, makes science exciting to watch.  “Powering the Cell: Mitochondria” is a mini-movie showing how cells within the body work.  The science films I had to watch in school were never this cool!  See also “The Inner Life of a Cell,” produced in 2006.

  1. Gorgeous! I wonder what it would take to get these, and others like them, shown in actual middle school and high school classrooms. I’m sure the kids would appreciate the beauty of the animation, and it may help them visualize some of their harder science studies… I’m going to have to look into that with my local schools.
