It’s November. The time for ice cream is past–or has it? In my opinion, the best ice cream flavors are hitting the market as I type: Edy’s seasonal flavors like Pumpkin, Egg Nog and Peppermint; Ben and Jerry’s Pumpkin Cheescake and Snickerdoodle Cookie; all the seasonal flavors at Baskin-Robbins or TCBY (one near me has maple flavored yogurt on pump!). But, what if you’re not in the mood for a chilly food when just in from snowman-building? Tis the season for hot cocoa and spiced apple cider and wassail or mulled wine, not a dish of frozen cream.
